TaskPin

Your due tasks, pinned to your notification shade.

TaskPin is an Android app that keeps the Google Tasks you actually have to do today pinned to an ongoing notification — so the next thing on your list is always one glance away, without opening anything.

How it works

• Sign in with your Google account and connect Google Tasks.
• TaskPin watches your task lists and decides which tasks count as pinned — due today by default, plus any lists you choose to always pin.
• Pinned tasks appear as a persistent notification you can complete or snooze in place.
• When a task stops being due — you finish it, snooze it, or push the date out — the notification goes away on its own.

What it does not do

• No ads, no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, no advertising identifier.
• Your task content is never sold or shared with third parties.
• The only permission you are ever asked to approve is permission to post notifications. No location, contacts, storage, camera, or microphone access.

Availability

TaskPin is in closed testing on Google Play. Requires Android 8.0 (API 26) or newer and a Google account with Google Tasks.
